A few tips for the remaining 39 days of 2020:
1. Goals - review and reset your plan today to make sure it is still achievable. This does NOT mean removing the stretch from your goals. If it was easy everybody will do it and you will get what everybody else have.
2. Environment - what in your current environment is holding you back? Is there flow in your environment. Make sure that whether you are at work, home or anywhere else it is an environment that helps you get the results you need. Declutter, remove toxic people and situations and surround you with people that inspire you. I rejoined the Crossfit Gym last week as I did not get the result from my home Gym. What do you need to change today?
3. Habits - Focus on today. What can you do today to move your numbers? Your habits deliver your goals so `do not make any excuses, blame others or create noise for yourself as we strive to complete this year on a high note. Just move even when you do not feel like it!
